For Continuous Dedication, Service and Loyalty

To the Iroquois Community

Mickey has been associated with the Iroquois School District for many years as a caretaker of our student-athletes.  She has freely volunteered her services for over 30 years throughout the Iroquois community.  Mickey was cafeteria manager for several years as well as being involved in the athletic program in numerous capacities.  She began her softball coaching career with the Wesleyville Little League and matriculated to the Iroquois softball program as Junior Varsity Coach for a period of eleven years.  During that time span the JV had a record of 152-24, 86% winning percentage.  She was also the assistant coach to the varsity that had a winning percentage of 84% with three state championships, a second place finish and one final four appearance.  She has recently returned to the Iroquois softball program as a coaching aide and added another second place finish in the state.  She is an outstanding role model, founding member of the “BIMBOS”, and charter member of the “WILP”.
